Issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we'll transfer to your bank account or issue store credit — your choice.
100% of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered by us if the return is due to our error; otherwise it's the customer's responsibility.
Returning a Bundle?
Our bundles are designed to work together — but we know that one product in a set might not suit your skin. Here's how it works:
Returning One Item
Absolutely allowed. We refund the proportional amount you paid — not the individual retail price.
Example: Bundle of 3 for PKR 4,500 (retail PKR 6,000). One item retails at PKR 2,000 → your refund is PKR 1,500.
Returning the Full Bundle
You'll receive a full refund of exactly what you paid — no calculation needed.
Exchanges
Wrong item or manufacturing defect? We'll ship the correct or replacement product at no extra cost. Same 30-day window applies.
Want a different product instead? Return the original under the 30-Day Guarantee and place a new order — we'll prioritise shipping.
Damaged on Arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Do not discard the product or packaging until resolved. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — instantly, your choice.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once handed over to the courier, cancellation isn't possible — but the 30-Day Clinical Guarantee still applies once you receive it.

Standard delivery is 3–5 working days to all major cities. Express delivery (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad only) is 1–2 business days for PKR 350. Free delivery on orders PKR 2,500+ runs at standard speed.
