Terms of Service Effective Date: April 2026

Welcome to Glowvé. By visiting glowve.skin or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. We've written these to be clear and fair — not to bury you in legalese.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing glowve.skin or making a purchase, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase on your behalf. By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accurate Information

When placing an order, you must provide:

  • Your full name
  • A complete street and house/flat number address
  • City and province
  • A working phone number

If a specific house or street address isn't available in your area, please provide the nearest post office, courier collection centre, or a well-known landmark with clear directions. Orders cannot be dispatched to vague or incomplete addresses — the more detail you provide, the smoother your delivery.

If your address is incomplete or undeliverable, your order will be held. You'll be contacted to provide the correct details. If we can't reach you within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before processing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including after confirmation — if we suspect fraud, an error in our system, or stock unavailability. You'll be refunded in full if this happens.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and you receive a confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer — details provided at checkout
  • Easypaisa — secure online payment via our payment gateway at checkout
  • JazzCash — secure online payment via our payment gateway at checkout

For online payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer) made through our payment gateway, and for manual bank transfer orders, payment is completed before your order is dispatched. For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free on orders of 2 or more items, and on orders of PKR 2,600 or more. A delivery fee of PKR 150 applies to other orders across Pakistan.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control are not within our responsibility — but we'll always help you track down your order.

You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. The delivery date recorded by our courier partner starts the window for our 30-Day Ingredient Guarantee.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our full return and refund policy is outlined separately at glowve.skin/pages/refund-policy. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund, no questions asked.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on glowve.skin — the brand name, logo, product names, packaging design, photography, copy, and the overall visual identity — belongs to Glowvé. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of it without written permission.

This includes our product formulations, ingredient communications, and design system.

9. User-Submitted Content

When you submit a review, photo, video, or any other content to us — through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other channel — you grant Glowvé a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content for marketing and brand purposes. We'll always use it respectfully.

You retain ownership of your content. We'll never misrepresent it.

10. Skincare & Results Disclaimer

Skincare results vary by skin type, concern, consistency of use, and a range of other factors. Nothing on glowve.skin constitutes medical advice. Our product descriptions and ingredient information are for educational purposes.

We always recommend a patch test before full application of any new product. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Glowvé is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow usage instructions, pre-existing skin conditions, or use in combination with other products we haven't recommended.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Glowvé's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use glowve.skin or our products to:

  • Resell products without written authorisation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fake reviews
  • Impersonate Glowvé or its team
  • Engage in fraudulent orders or chargebacks
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content

Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and legal action where warranted.

13. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our service. With your consent, we may also send you marketing communications. We do not sell your data to third parties.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

Before pursuing legal action, we ask that you contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly — and we'd rather resolve them with you than in a courtroom.
