We stand behind every formula we make. If a Glowvé product isn't right for your skin, return it within 30 days for a full refund — no drama, no guilt.
1. The 30-Day Ingredient Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to try any Glowvé product. Opened it? Used it? That's the point. Return it anyway if it's not working for you.
What's covered:
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Texture, feel, or experience that didn't suit your skin
- Wrong product delivered or damaged on arrival
- Manufacturing defects
- Any reason at all within 30 days
Not eligible:
- Returns after 30 days from delivery
- Items marked as final sale / clearance
- Products returned without any original packaging

The process:
- Contact us with your order number
- Send a quick photo of the product
- Pack it and ship to: Glowvé (Luma Labs), 4k Plaza, Model Town, K-Block, Lahore, Pakistan — WhatsApp 0327 777 1047
- Share your tracking number or courier receipt
- Refund goes to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash — instantly, without waiting for the product to arrive back with us
We'll ask one thing: what could we do better? Your feedback shapes how we formulate. That's it.
3. Refund Details
Speed: Initiated the moment you share a valid tracking number. Processing may take up to 2 business days in rare cases.
Method: Direct transfer to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
Amount: 100% of the product purchase price. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is on you — unless we made an error (wrong or defective item), in which case it's on us.
4. Bundles
You can return individual products from a bundle. Your refund will reflect the proportional price you paid — not the full retail price of that item.
Example: You bought a 2-product bundle for PKR 3,600 (retail value PKR 4,800). One item retails at PKR 2,400. Your refund = PKR 1,800 (your share of the discounted price).
Returning the full bundle? You get back everything you paid.
Before you return, message us. Sometimes a routine tweak makes all the difference — and if not, we'll process the return right there in the chat.
5. Exchanges
Wrong item delivered or confirmed defect? We'll send the correct product at no charge, same 30-day window applies.
Want a different product instead? Return under the guarantee and place a new order — we'll prioritise it.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Don't discard the product or packaging until it's resolved. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, instantly.
7. Cancellations
Cancel any time before dispatch. Once an order's with the courier, cancellation isn't possible — but the 30-Day Guarantee applies the moment it arrives with you. Message us immediately on WhatsApp, Instagram, or our Contact page with your order number.
8. A Note on Skin
Every skin is different — that's the whole reason Glowvé exists. We recommend a patch test before full application of any new product. If something doesn't agree with your skin, that's exactly what this guarantee is for. And if you're unsure which product suits you, ask us before ordering. We'll tell you honestly, even if the answer is "not ours."
